Freelance Babysitting refers to independent caregiving services provided outside of traditional agencies or employment setups. These babysitters operate as self-employed professionals or registered freelancers who offer childcare on-demand, part-time, or full-time based on their schedule.
Unlike institutional daycare centers or nannies hired through agencies, freelance babysitters often connect with families directly via online platforms, parenting forums, local communities, or social media. In the UAE, platforms like Justlife, UrbanSitter, or local Facebook groups are playing a vital role in connecting families with babysitters.
